Newhailes Avenue
The project at Newhailes involved a 12-week single-storey extension to transform a small, impractical kitchen and snug into an open-plan kitchen and living area with a new guest bedroom. Key modifications included removing walls, relocating the kitchen, and adding a designer kitchen from Howdens. Enhanced natural light was achieved with a large glass sliding door. The result is a functional, stylish space, completed on time and adding value to the home.
The clients were thrilled with the transformation, appreciating the enhanced practicality and aesthetic appeal of their home. The large glass sliding door became a standout feature, flooding the new space with natural light.
