A single-storey extension and garage conversion to expand living space before Christmas. We expedited the timeline, removing the rear wall and replacing joists with concealed steel beams, keeping the kitchen operational. The extension created a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, while the garage became a playroom and utility space. Programme Agreed & Build Managed
